I hate physio!

I have had 3 sessions of physio. It's not much fun. I don't like it. However it's the only thing that is goig to lead me back to good health and I am well aware of that. Supposed to have my hand looked at today that is in a cast, but so far the doctors have not shown.

Oh by the way did I tell you I don't like physio?

    You are a superhero is so many peoples eyes! If you ever want a massage therapy visit - let me know, I am in Kingston everyday teaching at Trillium College - I would love to see you! The massage might be a nice break from physio! :)
