Part one - Fun with a special visitor

We are doing a two part blog tonight as a few cool things happened to us.
It's Marijo talking for this one as Bryan is a bit sore from his first day of physio. Today we both were eager to start a full day of physio. We did eventually get started at 11 am and then spent the day running from one appointment to the next, until things settled around 3 pm or so. We then had a lovely visit from Emilie and her daughter Rosemarie. They brought lots of treats; cinnamon buns, soup, a great trail mix that was made especially for Bryan from Rosemarie, and a beautiful bouquet from their garden. While they visited I got sucked into the Dollar Store (I am my mother's daughter), and found some great throwing games that I thought would be good for Bryan. When I brought them back, Rosemarie opened them up and then the balls started flying. Bryan got hit right in the head. Then she cornered me and got me a few times and finally, Emilie got involved and threw a curve ball at Bryan which ended the game as he was able to catch it, but it did in his shoulder. It was all a lot of fun and Bryan is recovering slowly. :-)
A great day overall. Bryan will be busy each day for sure. They also made a socket for Pedro (Bryan's left arm amputation), so they think they will have some first round prosthetics by midweek.
