Wedding, Walking, Moving and Lifts

Hi gang,
Well, a few more milestones for Marijo and myself. We have now picked a date and location for our special day. It will be June 25th and will take place at Huff Estates Winery in Prince Edward County. At this point we intend to keep our wedding small and very informal with a few friends and family celebrating with us. We are very much looking forward to a casual wedding in the beautiful outdoors.

A couple of neat things for me. I stood unaided for about a minute...made me smile. Also I can now walk with a walker versus the parallel bars. This upcoming weekend will be amazing as we move into our new home and we are very excited. A big thanks to all of those who have assisted in packing and for those who will help out in the actual move.
Some kind folks in the Frankford area donated a large sum of money towards my trust fund. Soon we will be dipping into that trust fund to pay for a lift at some ramps at the new house, so that I can get in and out of it easily in a wheelchair or prosthetics. We have been renting ramps and power wheel chairs which are not fully covered...thus thanks so much to all for your contributions to the trust fund.
